1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a donation to The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance ("we," "us," or "our") through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete a donation.

2. Tax-Exempt Status
The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: [EIN NUMBER]). Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless otherwise stated. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. A donation receipt will be provided for your records.

3. Donations
All donations are voluntary and made to support the mission and programs of The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance. Donations may be designated for a specific purpose where that option is offered; however, we reserve the right to apply funds where the need is greatest if a designated purpose is met or is no longer feasible, consistent with applicable law.

4. Payment Processing
Credit and debit card donations are processed securely through a third-party payment processor ([e.g., Stripe / PayPal]). We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of the payment service is also subject to that processor's terms and privacy policy.

5. One-Time and Recurring Donations



One-time donations are charged to your payment method a single time at the amount you select.


Recurring donations authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a repeating schedule (e.g., monthly) at the amount you select, until you cancel.


You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at treasurer@icbmalliance.org or through any self-service option provided at checkout or in your confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed (see our Refund Policy).


It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. Failed recurring charges may be retried or may result in cancellation of the recurring donation.



6. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a donation, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Privacy
Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell donor information.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your donation or use of this website.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

Refund Policy — Donations

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance is grateful for your generosity. Because donations directly support our charitable mission, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that errors and changes of circumstance happen, so we offer the following limited refund policy.

1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date your donation was processed. Requests received after this 7-day period cannot be honored.

2. Refund Amount
Approved refunds are issued at ninety percent (90%) of the original donation amount. The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Alliance retains the remaining ten percent (10%) to cover payment processing and administrative costs. For example, a $100 donation would be refunded at $90.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the 7-day window at treasurer@icbmalliance.org with:



The name used on the donation


The donation date and amount


The last four digits of the card used (do not send your full card number)


The reason for the request



4. Recurring Donations
For recurring/monthly donations, you may cancel future charges at any time. The 7-day window and 90% refund terms apply to each individual charge separately; a canceled recurring donation does not automatically refund past charges. Only the most recent charge within the 7-day window may be eligible for a refund.

5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the donation. Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer.

6. Tax Receipts
If you have already received a tax-deductible donation receipt for a donation that is later refunded, that donation is no longer tax-deductible, and you should not claim it. We will issue a corrected acknowledgment upon request.

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us at treasurer@icbmalliance.org promptly and we will investigate. Verified duplicate charges caused by a technical or processing error will be refunded in full.
